This notice explains how Proply Lens processes personal data when acting as a controller for account, billing, support, and marketing relationship data, and as a processor or service provider for listing photos, prompts, and generated media handled on behalf of customers.

2. Categories of Personal Data

Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, company information, invoice contact details, and support correspondence.

Account and commercial data: account identifiers, subscription and credit history, invoices, payment status, support records, and workflow-related prompts.

Content and production data: uploaded property media, brand assets, generated outputs, exported videos, and configuration data used to deliver the service.

Technical and security data: IP address, session details, browser metadata, cookie data, and system logs used to secure and improve the Platform.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data to create and manage accounts, deliver AI enhancement and staging workflows, administer credits and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the context, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required.

4. Sharing and International Transfers

Personal data may be shared with hosting providers, AI vendors, storage partners, analytics tools, payment processors, and professional advisers where reasonably necessary to operate Proply Lens and provide the requested services.
