Proply Lens GDPR Data Rights Notice
This notice is intended for users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom and explains how Proply Lens handles personal data under GDPR-aligned privacy principles.
Last updated: March 30, 2026
1. Scope and Role
This notice explains how Proply Lens processes personal data when acting as a controller for account, billing, support, and marketing relationship data, and as a processor or service provider for listing photos, prompts, and generated media handled on behalf of customers.
2. Categories of Personal Data
Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, company information, invoice contact details, and support correspondence.
Account and commercial data: account identifiers, subscription and credit history, invoices, payment status, support records, and workflow-related prompts.
Content and production data: uploaded property media, brand assets, generated outputs, exported videos, and configuration data used to deliver the service.
Technical and security data: IP address, session details, browser metadata, cookie data, and system logs used to secure and improve the Platform.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data to create and manage accounts, deliver AI enhancement and staging workflows, administer credits and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the context, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required.
4. Sharing and International Transfers
Personal data may be shared with hosting providers, AI vendors, storage partners, analytics tools, payment processors, and professional advisers where reasonably necessary to operate Proply Lens and provide the requested services.
Where data is transferred outside the UK, EEA, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments and technical and organizational measures where required by law.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain reliable business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and secure the Platform.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data you provided, and objection to certain processing activities.
You may also withdraw consent-based processing where applicable and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Right of access in practice: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the account profile, subscription and billing history, support correspondence, and metadata associated with listing projects you have processed on the Platform. We aim to respond within one month, and where a request is complex or voluminous we will tell you if a further two-month extension is required under GDPR Article 12.
Right to erasure: you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data where the legal basis allows. Certain records — invoices, fraud prevention logs, and dispute evidence — may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering law even after account deletion, and we will explain which records are retained and why when we confirm the deletion.
Right to object and restrict processing: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, at any time. For marketing emails the unsubscribe link in every message is the fastest route; for other processing activities contact support@proplylens.com describing which activity you are objecting to and why. We will stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
Right to data portability: for personal data you provided to us and that we process by automated means under a contract or consent basis, you can request a structured, commonly used, machine-readable copy and, where technically feasible, transmission of that data to another provider you nominate.
7. Contact
For data protection requests, contact support@proplylens.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
