This Privacy Policy and Data Notice explains how Proply Lens acts as a data controller for account, billing, support, and commercial relationship data, and as a service provider or processor for listing photos, prompts, and generated assets processed on your behalf through the Platform.

Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, company name, invoice contact details, support correspondence, and communication preferences.

Visual and content data: uploaded property images, branding assets, generated outputs, video exports, workflow configuration data, and related production metadata.
